Refund policy
At SourcedInUk we are happy to offer full refunds within a 14 day period from the date of purchase. This could be due to a faulty item, wrong sizing or if you've simply changed your mind
Refund Process-
To begin the refund process we kindly ask to contact us via our contact form on our website or via our Instagram page @sourcedin.uk and explain what your issue is with the products received. To make the refund process as efficient as possible please ensure that you include your order number. After we have received your refund request we will then provide further details on how progress the refund request.
Eligibility-
Please be aware that all items that are returned to us must be returned in the original condition that you have received it in. All items that are sent out by us are thoroughly checked by our team to ensure that the items are in perfect condition. For example if we notice any marks, pulls or unattached tags on the item that you would like to return, unfortunately your item will no longer be eligible for return. Therefore we strongly recommend to be cautious when trying on the products.
Cost-
Items that are returned to require you to cover the full shipping costs unless we have made a mistake on our behalf.
Refund Process-
After we have accepted the refund please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to come back into your account. If there is any issues during this process don't hesitate to contact us.
